  Recently bought a brand new Beauchat speargun from a different shop (B*** D*** S***). The string holding the shaft broke on literally the second shot and the shaft was lost in tall sea grass. The shop categorically rejected any responsibility, despite the gun stating it comes with a guarantee. Buddies Dive Store (affiliated with the original supplier and distributor for Beuachat) willingly took on the case. They professionally facilitated the fabrication of a new spear and covered the transport cost even though they had zero obligation to do so. Full respect for Buddies Dive Store. This is what I call customer service. Can’t say the same for B*** D*** S***, sadly.

  Very good service. The team is very nice and helpful a lot for everything. You will find there a full range of freediving and diving equipment with famous brands.
