  Had a fantastic stay here! The hotel offers outstanding service at a reasonable price in an excellent location within a short walking distance to the beach. My wife and I booked another hotel for Valentine’s Day only to arrive and discover it was in a poor state. We still wanted to have a nice getaway and we booked the Holiday Inn last minute. The rooms were in great condition, everything was spotless, the pool was sparkling clean, and the staff was especially kind and attentive anticipating any needs! The service was what you would expect from a high end luxury resort! We were initially skeptical about the food, having seen a previous review that complained about the breakfast but we were impressed! The breakfast was a highlight of our stay! It had a wide variety of food at the buffet, and everything was fresh. We usually eat out for dinner, but having seen the quality of the breakfast, we decided to give their restaurant a try for dinner! Again, the food was fantastic, on par with

  Very good location: Lots of eateries nearby as well as local laundry outlets. Its location is close enough to airport, within 30 minutes by car, and the area is not so crowded compared to Kuta / Seminyak. Its location more than makes up for the lack of private beach. The hotel is located 50 m from the Sanur beach. The hotel is bright, airy, well maintained, impeccably clean and has all the amenities. It has a nice infinity pool on the rooftop. Breakfast does not have a large selection, however, the quality is excellent. They serve fresh jamu that tastes very good. Their pancake and waffle was excellent, better than a normal 4* breakfast hotel standard. Manager Arini made my stay an excellent experience by being friendly, and super helpful. There are not many parking spots in the premise, but the car can be parked in the next door hotel Intercontinental.   The hotel is located in a small street leading directly to the boardwalk with small shops, cafes and main shopping area all within a short walking distance. The hotel is mid range but represents exceptional value for what it offers. ||The staff were outstanding in their delivery of cuatomer service and warm, friendly demeanour. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of buffet or a la carte and the pastries were delightful! Rooms are well appointed, light and very clean with accessible cable tv and room service. ||It was heart warming to return to the hotel each day and be met with such warm smiles and greeetings on every occasion. They made each guest feel so welcome and certainly enhanced the hoilday experience. Special mention and thanks to Dwi in the front office for assisting me so competently in trying to track down my misplaced credit card. ||Thanks also to Putri and Mei in the front office.   Thank you so much for the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by your friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which was especially appreciated after a long journey. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable - perfect for a family stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining high standards throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, particularly the pool area, which was relaxing and well-maintained. The location in Sanur is ideal, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to the beach and local attractions.
