  Excellent service at Master Selam! I bought a Suunto Ocean here, but the watch had an issue with the heart-rate sensor and oxygen sensor. The staff spent over 40 minutes with me checking everything carefully (resets, cable tests, and software checks), and were super transparent and patient the whole time. In the end, they immediately offered a warranty exchange without any hassle. Really professional and honest service! It’s great to see that level of customer care in Bali! Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable dive or freediving gear. 👌

  We went to lots of dive shops and were frustrated that at many of them, we were able to rent but not buy. But not here! We bought find and masks at an affordable price. Even more than the quality products, I want to highlight the quality people! We had some bike trouble outside the store, and the guy who helped us choose gear also helped us get our bike back up and running. Master Selam #1!
