Sanur
Colorful fishing boats dot beaches of this resort town with galleries, restaurants & an old temple.

Love Sanur. Something for everyone. Swimming, shopping, ice-cream and plenty of food options. Footpaths and drainage on the main Street have been re done. Now mostly accessible for those who are mobility impaired, in a pram or a wheelchair. Mobility would be difficult into some shops and restaurants, but locals are always happy to help. As always, need to go onto road at times because locals park on the footpath, but they're so used to it, it works ok.. Fabulous beach path in Sanur too. Worth a visit

Famous beach in Bali. Sanur beach was one of the oldest tourist spots in Bali. Many years ago Sanur became internationally known as an area with many beach resorts for foreign tourists besides kuta beach. Along the beach you can find many restaurants and resorts. The boat to penida island starts from Sanur. Here are some pictures 📸 of my visit on Sanur.

Sanur itself is a nice relaxing area full of beautiful Balinese Locals Travelers and expats. We would definitely recommend staying in Sanur if you want that Local beach vibe and a little slower pace then other parts of Bali. Great for families Friends and food. Great Selection of beach side restaurants and a very modern Mall Icon Bali for shopping or a bite to eat.
