  We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Phil at Blue Marlin. My husband and son completed their Open Water certification with him, and we couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Phil was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire course. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure they both felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. His calm approach and genuine passion for diving made the experience enjoyable as well as educational. Thanks to Phil, they both finished their certification feeling confident, excited, and eager to continue their diving adventures.   Booked in my advance course with blue marlin very last minute and was impressed with the customer service immediately. The dive shop is connected to a cafe and it had the best coffee/ coffee art and food! My instructor was Ollie and we got along straight away. He was passionate about the marine life and environment and super knowledgeable about scuba. He made the knowledge checks fun and overall I loved his professionalism. The boat itself is well maintained, large with a big undercover area, the captains and boat staff were super onto it making sure our gear was ready to go for the next dive - inbetween diving we had lovely food and conversations. Will definitely dive with these guys again

  I can't say enough good things about Blue Marlin Kuta Lombok, this was the best diving experience we've had in Indonesia. Special thanks to our guide Imran, who has an incredible eye for spotting sea life even in limited visibility and brings a wonderfully positive attitude to every dive. Thanks also to Michelle and the rest of the staff for patiently helping us with all our questions. The dive sites are fantastic. I've lost count of the amazing things we saw, and I wish we could have stayed longer. It takes a minibus and a boat ride to reach the sites, which may sound like a hassle, but that's exactly why you're not diving with crowds of people. This was the unspoiled experience we'd been looking for. Overall, a big thank you to the Blue Marlin team - I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

  I recently completed my PADI Open Water course with Blue Marlin Dive Centre in Kuta Lombok and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. My instructor, Phil, was extremely knowledgeable and made all of the skills easy to understand and practice. He always prioritised safety while keeping the course fun, relaxed, and enjoyable throughout. His teaching style gave me plenty of confidence in the water and made learning to dive a great experience. Phil and the rest of the instructors were friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. We had three fantastic days of learning, diving, and building our confidence underwater. If you’re looking to learn to dive in Kuta Lombok, Blue Marlin Dive Centre is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended! 👌🏽
