  We originally chose this hotel for the scuba diving, but as soon as we arrived we discovered a peaceful, quiet place with stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious—so good that we didn’t even miss not having restaurants within walking distance, as the menu offered plenty of great options. The diving experience was absolutely amazing. Our instructor, Maylise, made every dive enjoyable and supported us throughout the whole experience. We loved our stay so much that we even extended it.   Stayed one week at Bali Dive Resort and Spa at Tulamben and it was overall a pleasant and relaxing stay as I envisioned it. I had chosen fullboard, the room with the seaview, did my Reactivate, Advance Open Water and Nitrox courses here as well ordered transportation from and to the DPS airport. The positives: - Clean, luxurious, relaxing atmosphere - Large room - Nice, caring and helpful staff - The diving instructors(Damien, Wayan and Maylise) were very helpful and responsive to my needs during my courses - The dive sites were close to the resort minimising the downtime during multi dives at different dive spots - Delicious meals and decent presentation of the dishes - The wi-fi was excellent There are some improvements that I would like to see for my next stay: - Although the Indonesian/Balinese dishes were decent, some western dishes were bland like the hamburger, pasta with pesto however I did enjoy their pasta carbonara and capricciosa pizza.   Dive school excellent very professional but enjoyable experience. Maylise who was my instructor was brilliant. Resort is beautiful with well kept grounds. Staff were all kind, accommodating and friendly. Food in the restaurant was lovely. It was fascinating sitting and watching the boats go out fishing and coming back in. Watching the sunset was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more from the initial contact arranging my husband’s open water dives, arranging transport and accommodation nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Bali Dive resort and Spa we will definitely be back.

  We 4 stayed in the Sea View rooms, which certainly had nice views to wake up to.|Rooms were spacious, clean, very comfortable bed.|We enjoyed the spa and had a massage which was great after a day of diving. Spa services were reasonably priced.|The dive shop was organized and well run. Communication was great from the get go, thank you Miika and Nicole! Equipment provided was in good shape.|Karna led us on 5 dives, helped tremendously when we had a rough time entering/ exiting the shore.|Prices had increased for the dives, but they honored the prices quoted in their emails to us when we settled our bill.|Food was good, nice variety and tasty, really liked the fresh fruit juice and nice to be able to mix the flavors. |Highly recommend! Would stay again!
