  The place is nice, very beautiful garden with a 20mt swimmingpool. Rooms are spacious and clean. Personnel is wonderful sweet and available at all times. They helped in every possible way. This small hotel is about 2 km from tulamben centre. They have a dive center with Padi dive instructors. ||It’s the place to go if you are looking for peace and quiet. ||The only downside is the restaurant with just few selection of indonesian food and very few choice for international cousine But this is like most of the places in the area.

  On first impression, Bluehill is a lovely resort set in a beautiful garden complete with Koi ponds with water-lilies and lotuses. The flowering shrubs attract varieties of butterflies and the 25m pool is gorgeously set within the garden. ||||Enter the room and the impression changes. The rooms are dark and musty with worn furniture and finishings. The ensuite bathroom is large but has a mouldy feel and there are stains on the white bath towels. ||||The restaurant food is barely palatable and the staff, though polite, do not come across as having received training beyond taking customer orders. They had difficulty understanding requests for condiments that are not part of the dish.||||Although the staff at Bluehill is polite and pleasant, the poor facilities maintenance and inadequate staff training/supervision have let down an otherwise promising resort setting.

  I was looking through hotels in Tulamben when I planned my dive trip there and I came across this accommodation. At first check I fell in love with this resort and I booked immediately. Upon arrival to this resort, we were greeted by a nice french lady, who I think was the owner. When we first entered the resort area, we were amazed by the beautiful garden and I knew I was right in choosing this resort. The swimming pool is huge and deep, perfect for a swim. We were staying on the second floor and the view were also stunning with the mt. Agung view on the side. The room was clean and the facilities were great. The only setback was the fan on the balcony didn't work, but that's not a problem. The foods and drinks could be improved, especially the juices. Otherwise everything are great! Will definitely come back again.

  This was my first time in Tulamben. We came for diving & stayed 4 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted with very friendly staff who helped us with all our luggage. Room was spacious, comfy bed, Tv w/satellite, fridge was stocked (water & sodas), tea & coffee also provided. Large balcony with fabulous views of ocean, palm trees & Mount Agung. Property located 2km from center of town but they offer free shuttle service to town. Food was ok, small portions but delicious & flavorful chicken satay & grilled barracuda. Would def come stay here again.
