    This is the place to stay in Tulamben! If you're thinking about it, stop thinking and just book it! It's in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. It has a terrace with an incredible 360 view, including the sea and Mount Agung. The rooms are spacious (huge!), the bathroom is almost as big as the room with a separate shower and a double sink. Hot water, cold water, you can even set the pressure of the shower head. The AC works perfectly, there's a fridge and a water dispenser, a desk with chair, a small sofa, a bean bag, nightstands and wardrobe. Honestly it feels quite luxury. The bed is comfy, double pillows and a smart tv with Netflix. Perfect for when you just want to chill in the bedroom at night after a long day diving. The wifi works very well. The staff is welcoming, the breakfast is simple but good. The pool outside is a nice plus! With a scooter you can easily reach the village and the beach (Tulamben ~4,5 minutes, Amed ~15,20 minutes). Overall the atmosphere in this resort

    We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was well thought out and spacious with a super comfortable bed. We appreciated the attention to detail- it was immaculately clean and hand, beach and bath towels were provided. There was ample storage and multiple charging stations for usb and plugs. The hot and cold water filter in the room was wonderful. There is a local shop a short walk away and menus provided for food to be delivered. The pool is excellent, arguably the deepest in Kubu and slowly graduating down by long steps.

    Pleasant surprises from my arrival until my departure. The Bamboo Villas are where I stayed and its a short distance from the dive resort in Tulamben. I was given a lift from town to the Villas and what a nice location. The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was made to order when I was ready for it, but the service from the owners to the employees was outstanding, and the diving was exceptionally good. Overall a fantastic stay.

    Fantastic place! Stayed at Lunar Dive Resort and am grateful to Pieter, Elsa, and the whole team for their kindness and hospitality. Genuinely good people, great rates, and friendly and attentive staff. The dive center is well-equipped and the team is knowledgable about Tulamben and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay and dive with them again!
