I stayed here for three nights and I'm so grateful for everything – the beautiful environment, the great weather, and the excellent staff! I especially want to praise DM Komeing from the dive shop; he was incredibly professional, ensuring our safety and providing assistance when I wasn't physically capable. We went diving with him six times, and each time he helped us find all sorts of amazing creatures, giving us wonderful memories! The other staff at the dive shop were also very attentive, quickly cleaning and drying our diving gear when we left – very considerate! The restaurant staff were also very friendly; I had a wonderful time with them these past few days, especially the lovely ladies! The front desk staff were also very responsive and helpful with every need we had; they were very professional and friendly hotel staff! Thank you again to them!

Room was quite small, but big outdoor bathroom. Pretty unique setup. Given free voucher for massage but end up not using, because was fully booked. Nice beach for snorkling. Lots of fish around.

I spent 11 days with my son in a beachfront bungalow at Mimpi Resort Tulamben, and we truly had a wonderful stay. The resort has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and being right on the beach meant we always had a refreshing breeze—so welcome compared to the heat further inland in Bali. The setting is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with that understated Balinese luxury: thoughtful, comfortable, never flashy.||We were there to dive and spent nine days with Teja, who is an exceptional guide for the area’s muck diving. He consistently found rare and fascinating creatures, making every dive memorable. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind.||The only downside was the strong mosquito fumigation, though it clearly kept mozzies to a minimum. Overall, a beautiful, calm, and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A solid, no-frills stay that makes total sense if diving is your priority. The location is the real selling point — you're right at the spot, so no equipment logistics, no early morning drives, nothing. Rooms are simple, food is fine. It covers the basics well. If you're looking for a resort experience beyond the dive, you might want to look elsewhere — but for divers, it just makes sense.
