  An excellent dive resort in a fantastic location, right in front of the Liberty Shipwreck. The manager and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our trip. Highly recommended to anyone planning a diving trip. We would definitely love to come back!

  It’s been quite a while since I dove from here. We didn’t dive with the dive shop but we prepared our gear and entering the sea from this resort. We did 3 dives at the Liberty wrecks across the resort, and also enjoyed our lunch here. Delicious foods.

  Hmm, this is a tough one to review - we have stayed in a couple of other places over the years in Tulamben, but this is the first stay at Puri Madha. |My hubby is an avid diver, but was too unwell to do so this time sadly. They were super accommodating & let us change our booking to head back down south which we are thankful for.|The room itself at $65 AUD was okay - the bed quite firm & pillows old and lumpy, but clean. The bathroom sufficient, but the shower head so restricted barely any water came out & it kept falling off the wall bracket. The TV did not work. Good aircon & outdoor furniture on a nice verandah.|The towels were all highly perfumed & when wet smelt absolutely rank - to the point that they had to be left outside they were that bad (thus the perfume). |The pool was really nice & food at the restaurant was good. Why they don’t use the lovely upper deck dining area I don’t know - it is so much nicer. The lower dining area is dark; wet & dingy, but convenient for wet dive

  We only ever use the dive centre We rent tanks & weights, use the showers & wash & store our dive gear overnight. Have been doing this for around 10-12 years whenever we visit Tulamben. Made & the dive centre staff are always polite & helpful. If you ever forget or drop some piece of kit it will be returned to you ASAP. Good honest guys - your kit is safe with them!
