Just copying our review from stayrajaampat: We stayed here for 6 days in mid-May and loved the whole experience! The food was amazing and there was always plenty to eat! We stayed in a bungalow over the water the room was simple but very clean. Definitely use the mosquito netting at night when sleeping. The hot showers in the evenings were a game-changer (running hot water is not the norm for this area). Quick access to amazing snorkeling; the house reef is home to many of the species that you normally see scuba diving!

We stayed in 3 homestays during our one month trip in Raja Ampat, and Yenbuba Homestay is the biggest, with best facilities and most professional. The room was basic but spacious and clean. There were electricity most of the time, shared hot showers and cold shower in front of each hut. The dining room was big and comfortable. The coral under the jetty is beautiful (snorkelling is popular here) and the sunset view every day is just stunning. We also did diving with the Homestay, which we enjoyed very much as well. There's another dive centre, Soul Dive Centre, right next door. Homestay guests can also dive with them. From what we can see, Soul has bigger and newer boats with many divers and loud cheerful music. Homestay's dive centre is a smaller operation and more flexible - they don't even take online bookings, you just chat to them each night to work out where to dive the next day. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely love to come back one day!

This place is amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would do it. The bad reviews are completely wrong.|The food is varied and delicious. It was on time and there was always fresh fruit. They prepare a lunchbox for you if you go on a day trip.|The bungalow is completely fine. I stayed in a bungalow on the beach with a proper private bathroom. I haven't seen a single rat. At the start of my stay I was given a plastic box to store food in.|Everyone on this island is very friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special shout out to Rocki. He is a wonderful person who arranges everything for you and is always available. He’s English is very good and he is funny.|You immediately feel at home in Yenbuba homestay. I'll definitely return! To anyone who has doubts: don't! Book your stay and have the time of your life in this paradise.

My best stay on raja Ampat. They’re priced a bit higher than some of the other homestays but for good reason given the top service from their staff, much better food options, nicer villas and good WiFi. Two very good diving options nearby including their in house offering. The manager is an absolute legend and helped me get back to Waisai when the ferry was overbooked. Highly recommend!
